Southern Creek is an affordable Townhome Community built out by DR Horton, townhomes in Southern Creek at Julington Creek Plantation start under $100,000. Riverside is also an affordable townhome community, offering two and three bedroom plans, many with garages, starting under $100,000 as well.
Plantation Oaks
Plantation Oaks is the newest addition to Julington Creek Plantation, A security gated enclavebordered by lakes and wetlands with its own recreation area. There are several different neighborhoods within Plantation Oaks including Plantation Estates, Plantation Grove and Magnolia Preserve.
